My Story
I always wanted to help, I think I got it from
my lovely Mum. It’s probably why
I became a nurse.
It’s over 30 years now.
I’ve been working with people with stress,
anxiety and depression for over
20 years, after studying for a BA(Hons) and an
MSc in psychology major.
I’ve learned that we benefit by knowing
ourselves fundamentally. This gives us the
control to stop feeling anxious
or depressed.
We need to deconstruct what is driving us.
Understand our emotions, how we think, feel
and our behaviours. Reconstructing them so
we can feel more in control and decisive.
I have developed specific programmes to
help you understand yourself fundamentally.
To take control of your anxious and depressing

I tend to roll my sleeves and help in whatever way I can. I think that’s the nurse in me.
